We love it! This trend is totally on point right now. Almost every brand is coming out with a nude or natural collection. The best part? No matter your skin tone, it looks great! It can be used for every day casual at the office or you can dress it up for date night.
Above are a few of the popular choices out on the market right now. The first being Maybelline Color Sensational Vivid Matte Liquid Lipstick in “Nude Thrill”. I personally own this and am pretty impressed. It’s not a full matte formula that will extenuate every dry crack on your lips (ugh!). It’s more of a satin gloss with a little sheen to it.
If you want to go a little more “high end”, I would recommend Charlotte Tilbury’s Matte Revolution Luminous Modern-Matte Lipstick in “Birkin Brown”. This lipstick has great pigmentation and will last all day with virtually no smell (thank goodness).
And how could we forget, MAC Cosmetics lipstick in “Whirl”. I think we all have Kylie Jenner to thank for giving this color the attention it deserves. This beautiful lipstick is the perfect combination of rose and nude. Plus, it’s super creamy and long-lasting.
